Brust, 76, of Martinsville passed away at his home on September 4, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born Saturday, January 16, 1943 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan to the late Leo and Annie (McQueen) Brust. Jerry grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1961. He married his love Anna M. Coy on September 28, 1963 and spent 55 years together. Jerry retired in 2014 from Triangle Engineering in Indianapolis after 21 years as a machinist. He had many interest over the years including NASCAR, football, baseball, coaching little league, fishing, mowing his lawn, and working on his cars. Jerry is survived by his wife, Anna M. Brust of Martinsville; daughters, Anna M. Quick and her husband Junior of Martinsville, Sabrina K. Brust of Martinsville, Tina J. McClusky and her husband Ralph of Martinsville; son Jamin J. Brust and his wife Samantha of Martinsville; brother, Bob Brust of Lancing, Michigan; 10 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Annie; half-brother, William R. McQueen; brothers, Roy Brust, Jim Brust, and infant brother Brust. Visitation will be Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Costin Funeral Chapel. Cremation will follow.
