Helen’s Obituary Helen Maxine Grove, the daughter of Benjamin F. and Dorothy B. (Langley) Loving was born March 7, 1932 in Montgomery County, Iowa near Stennett. She passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019 at the Red Oak Good Samaritan Society, Red Oak, Iowa at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 6 days. Helen was raised on a farm near Stennett and graduated from Red Oak High School. She was united in marriage to Robert G. Grove on September 22, 1954 at Kansas City, Missouri. Helen worked for the Thos D. Murphy Calendar Company for 20 years and was a member of the 15-20 year club. She enjoyed collecting milk glass and Hot Wheel cars with her sister, Berneice. Helen spent many hours outside in her yard tending her flowers and enjoyed her pet cats. Helen was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters: Dorothy Kleeman, Louella Loving and Berneice Freeburg. Helen is survived by her son, Dennis Grove of Red Oak, Iowa; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. May God bless her memory and give strength to those who mourn. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Inurnment at Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak Memorials may be directed to the family.
