Obituary LaVale, MD – Francis “Frank” DeSales Montana, 67, of LaVale, MD, died Sunday, September 15, 2019, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Frank was born on July 16, 1952 in Frostburg, MD, to the late Samuel Paul Montana and Coeline Genevia (Lashley) Montana and was one of four children.
