Edwin Harmon “Eddie” Winstead, age 59, of Morristown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was a well known Real Estate Agent in the Lakeway Area and had worked for United Realty Associates and Hurst Real Estate and Auction. He also worked for many years at Baptist Hospital in Knoxville. He is survived by his father, Ellis (Betty) Winstead; mother, Ola Shipley; sisters, Debbie Winstead and Janice Winstead; brother, Jeff Wills; niece, Angela Moore; nephew, Tommy Purkey; special friend, Carolyn Ward; several cousins who loved him dearly; and a multitude of friends. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, September 12th at Westside Chapel Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet for a 1 p.m. graveside service on Friday, September 13th at Jarnagin Cemetery with Rev. Mike Henegar officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Noah’s Arc Animal Rescue in Talbott. Arrangements by Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
