Obituary of Corrine Octavia Jeril Corrine Octavia Jeril, 92, of Williamstown, New Jersey, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Meadowview Nursing Home in Northfield, New Jersey. She was born October 7, 1926, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, to Geneva (Garrett) and Myers Evans. She was educated in the Atlantic City Public Schools and was a retired cook from Sands Casino and Hotel. She was a member of the Abundant Life Worship Center in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Robert R. Jeril; parents, Geneva and Myers Evans. Corrine leaves to cherish her memories: her sons, Frederick Jeril (Darlene) and Larry Foye (L’Oreal); daughter, Octavia Foye; grandson, Michael Jeril; granddaughters, Kara Jeril, Michalle Hill (Rick) and Tamarah Shelton; brother, Myers Evans; and a number of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Funeral services will be 11AM Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Greenidge Funeral Homes, Inc., 301 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, New Jersey, where friends may call from 10AM. Interment will be in the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery, Estell Manor. Arrangements are entrusted to Greenidge Funeral Homes, Inc., Atlantic City, New Jersey, where condolences may be left at www.greenidgefuneralhomes.com
