Charles “Charlie”‘s Obituary Charlie is survived by his wife, Patricia; his mother, Norma Jean Petary; three sons, Jesse Petary (Jessica), Levi Petary (Samantha), and Charles Petary Jr. all of Lebanon; two daughters, Alisha Veccione (Edward) of Conway, and Crystil Petary (Dwayne Roberts) of Lebanon; two brothers, Michael Petary (Robin), and Robin Petary both of Lebanon; three sisters, Machieal Shelby (Roger),Tina Cox both of Lebanon, and Tammy Wingfield (David) of the state of Colorado; four sister-in-laws, Rebecca Campbell (David) and Cassie Gregory of Lebanon, Tammy Welty (Doug) of Buckeye, AZ, and Cynthia Calia (Jeff) of Prescott, AZ; sixteen grandchildren other relatives and friends A Celebration of Life Service for Charles “Charlie” Franklin Petary will be held at a later date. Per his request, his body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Charlie’s family.
