Chandra Cherrie Grant, 57 of Mount Vernon, NY, passed away Friday, August 23, 2019. Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 11am at Gardner’s Chapel AME Zion Church in Fayetteville. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends laughing and reminiscing about various events that occurred during their childhood and sharing what food and drinks she was caving. Chandra was loving and kind hearted and worked as a home health aide for many years, helping those in need She enjoyed spending time with her daughter Danielle and talking with cousins. She occasionally spent time helping out at her church and the local soup kitchen. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Lee Burnett and sister Cynthia Wilease Grant. She is survived by a loving daughter, Danielle Grant of My. Vernon, NY. Her father, William (Billy) Grant of Eastover.
