Carolyn A. Huesman, 61, of Spencer, Indiana, passed away on September 19, 2019 at Aperion Care in Spencer. She was born on March 14, 1958 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida the daughter of David C. and Martha Ann (Chambers) Double. Carolyn graduated in 1976 from Elmhurst High School in Ft Wayne, Indiana She was a member of Lifeway Baptist Church in Ellettsville, and she was a former member of the Meriam Christian Chapel in Churubsco, and Aboite Baptist Church in Ft Wayne. Carolyn was a homemaker and was a foster parent fostering over 20 children, she enjoyed reading her bible, education and home schooling her children, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her. Carolyn is survived by her sons, Adam (Amber) Huesman of Shelbyville, IN; Christopher (Erica) Huesman of Columbia City, IN; her daughter, Kelley Huesman of Churubsco, IN her five grandchildren, Jonah, Jeremiah, Korra, Lillian and Eleanor. She is also survived by her father, David C. Double of Plant City, FL; one sister, Cynthia (Joe) Schaefer of Warsaw, IN; one brother, Robert (Cyndi) Double of Ellettsville; and several nieces and nephews. Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother Martha Ann Double and her husband Peter James Huesman. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at the Lifeway Baptist Church 7821 St Rd 46 Ellettsville, Indiana. with Rev. Steve Von Bokern, and Rev Doug Stewart officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to service time Sunday September 22, 2019 at the Church. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
