Betty Louise Williams, age 88 of Newport, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, September 29, 2019 surrounded by family and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Williams; parents James and Nannie Webb; brothers, sisters, and one step-son. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Otis, Sr. and Katherine Webb; daughter and son-in-law Ana Mae and Jimmy Cline; two step-sons; two step-daughters; sister Paulene Busler; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and multiple extended family members and special loved ones. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon-2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm on Wednesday in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rob Myers officiating. Burial will follow the Funeral Service in Union Cemetery.
