A Bardstown resident, Ms. Ashley Paige Coulter, age 33, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Hustonville, Kentucky as the result of a single vehicle accident. She was born June 16, 1986 in Bardstown to Betty Hardin and William Douglas Coulter.
