Walter’s Obituary Walter Raymond Klock, 89, passed away on August 18, 2019 in Riverside, California. Walter was born in Riverside to Oscar and Ruth (Clarke) Klock on March 7, 1930. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Walter served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. While enlisted he earned the army Occupation Medal (Japan), the UN Service Medal, and the Korean Service Medal with 1 bronze star. He earned his Masters Degree and spent 33 years as a high school biology teacher at Ramona High School in Riverside. He was very much into physical fitness and enjoyed exercising. He held a black belt in Karate, he was a marathon runner, and he did a triathalon. He was an active member of Harvest Christian Fellowship. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Walter is survived by his wife Mary; his sons Tom and Timothy, 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He is also survived by his siter-in-law Jan Klock.
