Todd W. Tullis, 58, of Pendleton, passed away August 31, 2019 at St. Vincent’s Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson, IN. He was born on November 4, 1960 in Monterey, Indiana. Todd worked in construction. Todd is survived by his children, Todd (Neely) Tullis II, Tobi Tullis, Tawni Tullis, 6 grandchildren; father, Kenneth (Jane) Tullis; sisters, Robin Dollar, Tara (Paul) Fournier.
