Terry Ray Evans Terry Ray Evans, 62, of Orange, passed away on August 4, 2019, in Port Arthur, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 10, at 1:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange followed by a memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Born in Groves, Texas, on December 28, 1956, he was the son of James Edward Evans and Nelda Jean (Scales) Evans. Terry was a diesel mechanic for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nelda Evans; brother, Johnnie Evans; and sister, Sandra Davis. He is survived by his loving wife Donna “Cookie” Evans; children and their spouses, Michael Evans (Regina LeBlanc), Michelle Evans (Kevin Meyers), Kim Evans (Polo Guerrero), and Kaylie Wiley (Carl Wiley); grandchildren, Hunter Evans (Madelyn Evans), Colton Meyers, Emily Meyers, Kadeon Evans, Lane Evans, Gunner Evans, Americus Guerrero-Evans, Jose Guerrero-Evans, Liberty Guerrero-Evans, and Parker Wiley; great grandchildren, Blake Evans, Greyson Evans, and one on the way, Rhyder Evans; brothers, James Evans, Ronnie Evans; sisters, Diana Pollard and Jenny Ann; and his beloved dog Si.
