On August 18th, 2019, Susan Clampitt passed away. She was the loving mother of Sarah Schleupner, Samantha Filipiak and her husband Michael; dear sister of Michael Clampitt and his wife Melisa, John Clampitt, Patricia VonHagel and her husband Donald, Ann Zizzi and her husband Howard, Dennis Clampitt and his wife Treena; cherished aunt of Alexa, J.C., Stephanie, Olivia, Hailee, Allison, and Nick. A memorial gathering will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Thursday, August 22 from 1 PM to 3 PM, with a memorial service starting at 3 PM. Gifts in memory of Susan Elizabeth Clampitt may be directed to support the UMMS Foundation Shock Trauma TBI Unit at the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation.
