Mr. Stephen Glenn Dirksen, 53 of Middleburg, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019. Mr. Dirksen was born June 3, 1966 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Glenn Thomas and Sherry L. (Brenton) Dirksen. Stephen was a member of the United Methodist Church of Middleburg and was involved in the Middleburg Association of Planning. He resided in Middleburg for the past 10 years and formerly lived in Georgia. Photography was his passion. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors are his fiancé, Bernadine Nentwig of Middleburg, children, Ashley Dirksen, Jessie Dirksen, and Christopher Dirksen all of Georgia, sister Letitia Roak of Florida, as well as four grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 9, 2019 in the Hickory Grove Cemetery with Pastor Brian Sanderson officiating.
