Stacey Rae (Doggett) Shankle was born May 27, 1967 in Lincoln Nebraska to Linda (Streeter) and Dean Doggett, passed peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Stacey grew up in the Phoenix, AZ area where she attended school. She moved to Oklahoma when she was 18. Early on in life Stacey was able to attain her goals of attending college and graduating from Northeastern State University, while raising her daughter. Stacey moved to Wagoner, OK in 1994. She then moved to Okmulgee in May of 2018. Stacey loved spending her time doing crafts. She particularly loved scrap-booking, and personalizing gifts. She enjoyed collecting different items, but her favorite collection was her John Deere tractor(s). She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers, she was also known by her love of cats, but most of all she loved being a Nana to her two grandchildren. It was clears by those who knew and loved Stacey that she had met all of the goals`. Stacey is preceded in death by her dad Dennis Roth. She is survived by her mother Linda of Phoenix. AZ, daughter Shawna McCoy and grandchildren Bailey McNack and Brandon McNack, Jr., daughter Sara Shankle of Coweta, OK, soulmate Kevin Gibbins, Okmulgee, OK sisters Melissa Morris and Nicole Morris of Phoenix, AZ, April Gillman of Lincoln, NE, brothers Doug Roth of Harrisburg, OR, Dennis Roth of Tempe, AZ and Dennis McBride of Toledo, OR. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 17 at 10:00 AM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.
