Stacey Jo Neal Stewart, age 46, of Flat Lick, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Billy and Irene (Denton) Neal, born to them on February 28, 1973 in Springfield, Tennessee. Stacey was the wife of Ronnie Stewart. She was a housewife, loved animals and spending time with her sweet grandchildren Persephone and Penelope. She was preceded in death by her parents Billy and Irene (Denton) Neal. Left behind to mourn her passing are her loving husband Ronnie Stewart of Flat Lick, Kentucky, daughter Kristin Howard and husband Randall of Georgetown, Kentucky, and grandchildren Persephone and Penelope. She leaves behind a many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Friends may visit at Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services for Stacey Jo Stewart will be private. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
