Shirley’s Obituary Shirley Whittinghill Nov. 16, 1941-Aug, 26, 2019 Shirley Whittinghill of Crawfordsville passed away after a short illness on Monday night at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was 77. Born Nov. 16, 1941 in Lebanon, she was the daughter of William Everett Graham and Anna Lee Henry Graham. She attended school at Granville Wells and graduated from there. She married Frank Whittinghill on Sept. 3, 1960. He survives. Shirley loved to walk the Sugar Creek Trail, as she enjoyed getting exercise and fitness. She was also known for making the best pies in the area. Surviving family includes: husband, Frank Whittinghill of Crawfordsville; son Bryan Whittinghill of Las Vegas; daughter, Kim Whittinghill of Crawfordsville; brother, Jim Graham of Indianapolis; sisters Linda Rogers of Greencastle, Becky Bauers of North Salem; and brother, Bill Graham of New Ross. She was preceded in death by her parents. Shirley’s wish was to be remembered in an intimate family gathering. Her family will be honoring those wishes privately.
