Sharon L. Bland, 76, of Pendleton, passed away on August 29, 2019, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was born on June 26, 1943, in Greenfield, and resided most of her life in Pendleton. Sharon was a retired Property Manager. She enjoyed reading, traveling, country music, and all of her beloved pets. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, whom she married May 18, 1961, Marvin Bland; sons, Anthony Bland, and Troye (Jodie) Bland; grandchildren, KaSandra Bland, Tara Bland, and Taylor Bland; great-grandchildren, Aleigha Tipton, Julienne Wooden, Daliyla Wooden, and Kingston Wooden; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Georgia Johns; brother, Harold Johns, and a nephew, Richard Johns. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN Services will be Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Chris Hubler officiating.
