Scott was born June 12, 1963 in Chicago Illinois, the son of the late Ralph and Patricia Lebeter. He was educated in the schools of Chicago. He married Susan Martin-Lebeter. Scott was employed at Ward Manufacturing as a quality manger. His hobbies included snowmobiling, model trains, and cheering for the packers.
