Obituary Samuel Victor Guevara Feb. 16, 1948-Aug. 24, 2019 Samuel Victor Guevara, 71, residing in Sandusky passed away Saturday evening peacefully at home surrounded by his two sisters. Sammy was born on February 16, 1948 in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to the late Fransico and Guillermina (Alicea) Guevara.
