Ruth Anne’s Obituary Ruth Anne Fay passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2019 in Voorhees, NJ at the age of 90. She was born on January 15th, 1929 in Irvington, NJ to parents Anna and Herman Bokerman. She grew up in Newark, NJ with her parents, who predeceased her, and had no siblings. She graduated high school in Newark in 1947, and in 1953, Ruth graduated from the College of Saint Elizabethʼs, in Morristown, NJ. From 1953-2014, she was married to her husband, Bernard Fay, who predeceased her. Ruth and Bernard previously resided in Midland, MI. For numerous years before retiring, Ruth worked as an assistant to the President at Right Associates in Philadelphia, and she also held positions in the Buying offices at Wanamakerʼs department store and at Parade Magazine. Ruth is survived by her four daughters, Anne Hodgins (Mark), Mary Pat Lutz (George), Maureen OʼBrien and Lisa Boblenz (Rick). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Heather Busch, Angela Yuzefovich, Devin Lutz, Brianna Zeterlu, Kyle and Ryan Lutz and Matthew Boblenz and two great-grandchildren Bella Busch and Sophie Yuzefovich. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects to Ruth. Her wake is Sunday, August 25th, from 4-7 p.m., at Mathis Funeral Home in Medford, NJ and her funeral mass is Monday, at 10 a.m., at St. Mary of The Lakes Church in Medford. Interment is private.
