Ruby L. Britt, age 95, died on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Henderson County Community Hospital in Lexington, TN. A native of Lexington, TN she was born on November 21, 1923, the daughter of the late David Clyde and Mirtie Dunlap Fullerton. Ruby was married to Fulton Britt who preceded her in death in 1999. She was a loving homemaker who had a passion for caring for her family and assisting on the family farm. She is survived by her sons, Billy Britt and wife Nancy and Elmer Britt and wife Sandra all of Beech Bluff, TN; three grandchildren, John Britt, Candace Sain and Luke Britt; four great grandchildren, Lilly Britt, Justin Sain, Jonathan Sain and Lydia Sain and three great-great grandchildren, Addison Avery and Adley. SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Union Grove Baptist Church in Beech Bluff, TN. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 10:00 until service time at Union Grove Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be John Britt, Luke Britt, Jonathan Sain, Justin Sain, Tom Britt and Ronald Britt. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Fullerton, Randy Fullerton, David Fullerton, Lydia Sain and Sammy Britt. The family is requesting donation be directed to the Union Grove Cemetery Association.
