Robert’s Obituary Robert C. Harlow, 59, of Parkersburg passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at his residence. He was born December 24, 1959, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Okie and Mary Isner Harlow. Robert was a 1977 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He lived in Orlando, FL where he worked in construction building homes. Robert was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle. Robert was a Protestant by faith. He is survived by his son, Richard Harlow of Mineral Wells; two sisters, Doris Anthony (Jim) of Parkersburg and Rosella Murray (Donzal) of Roane County, WV; two brothers, Alan Harlow (Cathy) of Larkmead and Joey Knotts (Candy) of Parkersburg; four grandchildren, Emily, Addison, Grayson and Saharrah; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, David E. Harlow A funeral service will be held at 6pm on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with David Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 4-6 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Robert will be honored with military honors by American Legion Post #15 at the beginning of the service. Read More
