Rhonda Carlene Fraley, 67, of Russell, KY passed away Thursday May 9, 2019 at her residence. She was born December 10, 1951 in Ashland the daughter of the late Carl Hollan and the late Clarice Saunders Hollan Foster. She was a member of First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Hollan. She is survived by her husband, Delmar Fraley of Russell; a daughter, Carrie Alyson Fraley of Irvine, CA; a son, Houston Fraley of Irvine, CA; three sisters, Marsha Hollan Riffe (Steve) of Rush, KY, Diane Hollan Cox (James) of Nicholasville, KY and Sharon Hollan of Ashland; and two brothers, Paul Hollan of Georgetown, KY and Scott Hollan (Pam) of Independence, KY. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Miller Funeral Home with Chaplain Jimm Smedley officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ at 1930 Winchester Ave. Ashland, KY 41101 or Community Hospice at 1480 Carter Ave. Ashland, KY 41101.
