Phyllis Anastacia Blachura, daughter of Philip Pochylski and Wanda Polik, passed away in her sleep on August 18, 2019. Born at Deaconess Hospital in Buffalo, NY on September 21, 1943. She was a graduate of Kensington High School and Erie Community College. She worked in the medical field including a 32 year tenure with Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). Retiring in 1999, Phyllis moved to Orlando, FL to follow her three children. She is survived by those children Kenneth, Philip, and Breanne. Blessed with 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and many others who call her “Grammy”. She is also survived by cousins and extended family.
