He died at 2:20 A.M., Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Louisville. Age: 76 Phillip worked in the railroad industry for many years as a welder, painter and general handyman. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting or anything having to do with the woods. He united in marriage to Bonnie Wilcher May 16, 1964.
