Obituary Peggy S. (Limpus) Nolder, 87, residing in Sandusky, passed away early Monday morning, August 19, 2019 at Firelands Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Peggy was born on January 31, 1932 in Newbury, England to the late Thomas J. Limpus and Doris (Heath) Wieber. Peggy grew up in England during WWII, before moving to Sandusky in 1950 to be with her mother and sister.
