Patricia Bourland Fox passed away August 2, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was born January 1, 1947 in Madisonville to the late Aubrey and Virginia Bourland. A retired schoolteacher of 32 years, she dedicated her life to the education of young people. Her enthusiasm for her calling never diminished after retirement. She was equally interested in learning and enjoyed history in particular. She possessed a selfless love for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Dewell Bourland and Virginia P. Bourland, and one brother, Randall ‘Randy’ Dewell Bourland. She is survived by two children, Rachel Moore of Morton’s Gap and Jon Michael Fox of Frankfort; one brother, Michael J Bourland of Madisonville, and one sister, Jenny Bourland Anthony of Madisonville. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Dustin Ontario Mitchell Fox, Brea Jonà Fox, Savannah Marie Maiden, Sean Christopher Hale, Layah Ashanti Fox, and Alexis Loran Fox; several nieces, and several great nieces and nephews. Arrangements are pending.
