FREEMAN – Patricia A. (nee Grace) July 28, 2019 age 75 of Lancaster, NY. Beloved wife of 27 years to Donald P. Freeman; dearest mother of late Jacqueline Grace, late Denise Paris and Michael Ziolkowski; step-mother of Donald Freeman; grandmother of the late Loralie; also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter of the late Paul and Mary (nee Lewandowski) Grace; sister of the late Pauline Okon; aunt of Kathy Perry, late Debbie and the late Donna; mother in law of Barbara Keane.
