Opal Lee Parsons Howard, age 83, passed away Thursday August 1, 2019 at Signature Healthcare in Carrollton, KY. Mrs. Howard was born September 7, 1935 in Berea, KY to the late Harrison & Virgie Bryant Parsons. Mrs. Howard was of the christian faith. Mrs. Howard is survived by two sons, Homer D.
