Mildred Lavada Barrett Dean, age 91, of Mt. Airy, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Born on June 14, 1928, in Asheville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Carl Claude and Cleo Todd Barrett. She was a graduate of White County High School and a homemaker.
