Mary Marie Dale, 77, of Broken Bow, OK passed from this life August 21, 2019 in Paris, TX. She was born January 25, 1942 in Broken Bow, OK the daughter of Harvey Rue and Lyla Mae (Bacorn) Patrick. Mary and Glenn Dale were united in marriage November 17, 1978 and shared forty wonderful years together. They also shared their love for their Lord and Savior. Mary graduated from Broken Bow High School and enjoyed her time traveling with Red on the truck with their dog, Boudreaux. She was an excellent cook and was famous for her fried chicken and buttermilk pies. She loved crocheting and made afghans for all her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Glenn “Red” Dale of the home; her children, son, Tony Dale of Holly Creek, OK, daughter, Charlotte Daniel and partner, Wesley Henson of St. Francisville, LA, son, Billy Dale and wife Tracy of Garvin, OK, son, Bobby Dale of Stillwater, OK, daughter, Patricia Vice and husband, Rick of Atoka, OK, daughter, Glenda Whiteman and husband, Richard of Holly Creek, OK, son, James Daniel IV and wife, Christi of Prairieville, LA; twenty grandchildren; twenty nine great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Lyla Patrick; sister, Jewell (Mutt) Foster; brother, George (Buddy) Hughes. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2019 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK with Pastor Jimmy Jeter and Pastor Lynn Tomlinson officiating.
