Ms. Mary Ann Kingery, age 86, of Danville, VA, passed away on August 27, 2019 at her residence. Ms. Kingery was born on March 20, 1933, in Danville, VA, to the late James Eddie Radford and Edna Jones Radford. She had a long loving marriage to Norbie “Joy” Kingery who preceded her in death. She worked as a secretary at Dan River Mills for over thirty years and was of the Christian faith. Survivors include a large number of cousins and friends who will miss her bubbling personality. In addition to her parents and husband Ms. Kingery was predeceased by her son, Victor Neal Kingery and brother, James Melvin “Bud” Radford. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, August 30, 2019 at 11 AM at Schoolfield Cemetery with Dr. Charles Scearce officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 6 PM until 7 PM at Swicegood Funeral Home. Swicegood Funeral Service is respectfully serving the Kingery family.
