Martin A. Dallon, 73 of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday July 27, 2019 at The Landmark at Ocean View in Beverly, MA. Mr. Dallon was born and raised in Lawrence and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. He received his degree in Political Science from Northeastern University. He worked as the director of the Veterans Administration for 30 years. Marty served with The US Army for 3 years. He served with the Intelligence Corps and in Vietnam. The son of the late Martin C. and Charlotte (Miller) Dallon, his family members include his wife, Doreen J. (Boie) Dallon, his daughter Melissa J. Dallon Sbrega and her husband Daniel Sbrega and his son Jeremy B. Dallon and his companion Xiomara Sombolin. Marty also leaves his grandchildren Johnny, Joseph, Lilah and Jameson Sbrega and Justin Dallon. He has a brother Robert Dallon and 2 sisters Carole and Cynthia as well as several nieces and nephews. Marty’s family would like to extend their gratitude to his friends and the staff at The Landmark at Ocean View for their kind and compassionate care. Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday August 9, 2019 from 10 am to Noon at the Dewhirst & Boles Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen, MA.
