Mark Freemen Keith, age 47, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 6:35 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. No services will be held. A family service will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pagel Funeral home to help offset costs. Mark was born November 3, 1971, in Amarillo, Texas, the son of Dean Keith and Kaye Freemen Keith. He married Cindy Brown on November 11, 2018 in St. Elmo, Illinois. Mark loved to tinker on vehicles, cooking, and caring for his neighbors. Mark is survived by his wife, Cindy Keith; mother, Kaye Keith of Brazoria, Texas; four sons, Zachary T. Keith of St. Elmo, Illinois, Zackary S. Keith of Howardwick, Texas, Blake Keith of Amarillo, Texas, and William Brown of St. Elmo, Illinois; one sister, Jill Keith of Brazoria, Texas; his extended family of neighbors and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Dean Keith, and his faithful companion, Misty Belle Keith.
