Born July 7, 1943 in Union City, daughter of the late William Ralph and Gwendolyn Graves. A 1961 graduate of Union City High School and attendee of Memphis State University, she became a local entrepreneur, an award winning gardener, talented vocalist in choirs and amateur theater, with a pasion for decorating, fashion and entertaining. She is survived by her husband Michael Knox of Union City. One son Samuel B. Edmundson of Nashville; and a brother William (Bill) Graves of Pensacola FL. She was preceded by a son Christopher Lane Edmundson. Friends and family are invited to remember Marcia Lynn Knox of Union City during a visitation from 3-6 p.m. Thursday at White-Ranson Funeral home. She was born July 7, 1943, and passed away July 17, 2019. She was the loving wife to Michael Knox and mother to Sam B. Edmundson.
