Born in Chicago, living in Alsip most of her life before moving to Joliet. Retired from Alsip Drugs after many years of dedicated service. Lois loved gardening, planting flowers but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Saindon; and her parents, Francis and Myrtle Irene (Yaley) Martin. Survived by her entire loving and devoted family. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Friends of Sunny Hill Nursing Home 421 Doris Ave. Joliet, IL., 60433 would be greatly appreciated. Lois will lie in State, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at St. Terrence Church, 4300 W. 119th Pl., Alsip 60803 from 10:00am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am.
