Linda wanted it to be simple, so here it is. She was born on September 4, 1947 in Meridian, TX to Leonard W. and Nina Mae Olson. She had two brothers and two sisters-in-law. Larry and Geneva Olson and Roy Dale and Jackie Olson, two nieces and two nephews and two great nieces and one great nephew. She grew up in Walnut Springs, Tx and graduated from Meridian High School in 1965. She worked for TXU in Fort Worth and Dallas for about 40 years and proudly retired to a simple life at the age of 62. She cherished her privacy. Her bark and her bite were about the same. She had an opinion and did not mind letting you have it. She had a large extended family and was loved by all who knew her. She passed away in Arlington TX on August 16, 2019 just shy of her 72nd birthday. Per her wishes she was cremated and no formal burial or funeral will be held. However, a family and friends pot luck lunch and gathering will be held at the Walnut Springs Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday September 14, 2019 at 11 am to commemorate her life. Donations in her honor can be made to your local animal shelter or to the Cancer Assistance Fund of North Texas (CAFNT) 800 West Magnolia, Fort Worth, TX 76104. We will miss you Linda.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Linda Carol Olson September 4 1947 August 16 2019 (age 71).
