Judy’s Obituary Judy Eileen Hurst, 69, of Dennison, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019, at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia. Born November 22, 1949 in Dennison, she was the only child of the late Wilbert Franklin and Twila Elouise (Gallagher) Anderson. Judy was a lifelong resident of Tuscarawas County and a 1967 graduate of Indian Valley South High School who worked for Harcatus Senior Nutrition for over 20 years until her retirement on December 31, 2018. She attended the former Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Gnadenhutten for many years and was a longtime member of Uhrichsville Loyal Order of Moose #740. She will be remembered as an avid fan of Elvis Presley. She will be deeply missed by her surviving family which includes her children, Vicki Robinson, Amanda (companion, Keith Rusk), Amy D. Smith, and Dustin (companion, Katelyn Bohl) Davis; grandchildren, Mila, Franklin, Jeana, Shalyn, Brooklyn, Kylee, Kaden, Braxton, Xavier, Nevaeh, Aiden, Kolton, Bryson, Presley, Cooper, and Dustin, II : great-grandchildren, Sophie, Cayleb, Liam, Corbin, and Braylan; loving companion, Roger Sears; and dear cousin, Louise Parrish. A memorial service and celebration of Judy’s life will be held on a later date. This obituary will be updated as soon as service details are available. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the the funeral home to help defray funeral cost. Read More
