Joyce’s Obituary Joyce Ann Gaither Jackson, 80, of Fayetteville, North Carolina passed away on August 22, 2019 at her home. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents; one son Darryl Jackson; one sister Sarah Kennedy and one brother Richard Kennedy. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, James Jackson. She leaves behind her son Stan Jackson and wife Terri and their children Michael Schneck (Landon and Preston), Stanley Jackson, and Shelby Jackson; her daughter Terri Hutson and her children Zach Hutson and Taylor Hutson; a grandchild, CJ Jackson and his child; one sister Edna Key Moore; and many nieces and nephews. Joyce spent many years as a hairdresser and cosmetologist and enjoyed playing Bingo and planting around the yard. Her family will always remember her as a devoted military wife and a great cook. There will be a graveside service for Joyce on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Sandhills Veterans Cemetery at Fort Bragg.
