Sutinen, 56, of Newberry, died Saturday morning August 10, 2019 at his residence. Born September 20, 1962 in Newberry, son of the late Wesley and Lona (McGahan) Sutinen, John was a graduate of Newberry High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Northern Michigan University. John was employed as an automotive mechanic in Negaunee and Bear Lake before returning to Newberry. He loved his companion pets, stock car racing, hunting and fishing. John is preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Lona. Survivors include his brother David (Wanda) Sutinen of Great Falls, Montana. Per request, cremation services were accorded with no services scheduled at this time. Condolences may be expressed at www.beaulieufuneralhome.com. Beaulieu Funeral Home in Newberry is assisting the family.
