ROBERTS Jr., John Alfred, 47, passed away at his home with his loving family by his side. He was born on September 1st, 1972 to Mr. and Mrs. John Roberts Sr. John was preceded in death by his father, John Roberts Sr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Roberts, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Crowder, Sr. He was a 1991 graduate of Louisville Male HS, a diehard UK fan, loved grilling and always got a laugh with his sarcastic personality but never meant any harm. John had a special gift working with his hands, as a self-employed carpenter. He is survived by his precious daughters, Shaquan Roberts and Shaquitta Tyler; grandson, JaCorey Cox; mother, Theresa Roberts; brother, Antwan Roberts; nephew, Jamontry Roberts; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His celebration of life service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 4th at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd. Visitation 12 noon until the service time.
