JoAnne Hall, 85, of Eatonton, passed away on August 25, 2019, at her residence. She was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to the late Douglas and Ruth Hallman Spencer. Ms. Joanne had lived in Eatonton for 40yrs., after retiring from Southern Bell. She was a very creative and artistic person, having the talents for being a seamstress, doing cross stitch, as well as, building doll houses.
