Janice Yvonne Caldwell, 66, of E,. Tenth St., Charlotte, NC, passed away Wednesday, August 14, at Novant Health – Presbyterian Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1953 in Cabarrus County to the late Bessie Lee Geter Janice was educated in the Cabarrus County School system and was a 1972 graduate of A.L. Brown High School. She was formerly employed by Cannon Mills. Services will be held Monday, August 19, at First Baptist Church, 1311 E. 1st St. Kannapolis, NC. Visitation will be 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM with funeral services at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Caldwell. Those left to cherish fond memories include three daughters Shannon Caldwell, Rhonda Caldwell and Elatha Caldwell all of Charlotte, NC; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Becky Roberts of Salisbury, Margaret Jones of San Bernardino, CA; four brothers, Jerry Caldwell (Ethel), Willie Caldwell, Johnny Caldwell all of Kannapolis, Gregory Caldwell (Jackie) of Concord; sister-in-law, Loretta Caldwell of Indianapolis, IN; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. favorite_border Donations Pledges
