Obituary Janice Marie Whaley, 67, of Clarion, formerly of Maxwell, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, August 8 at Rasmusson-Ryan Funeral Home (422 First Street) in Maxwell.
