Obituary Jane Y. Gurns, 78, of Berwick passed away Monday, August 19, 2019 at home with her loving daughter, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born May 13, 1941 in Shickshinny, she was a daughter of the late Thomas F. and Norma (McDaniels) Carter. She retired from the former Dura-Bond company in Salem Township and also worked at Tobacco and Cigars in her young adulthood in Berwick. Jane loved to love people.
