Herbert Ray Keefe, 85, of Plymouth Meeting, died on August 4, 2019 at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Charlene (Powers) Keefe for over 63 years. He was born in Newberry Township, York County, PA on April 22, 1934 to the late George and Margaret (Taylor) Keefe.
