Helen K. McAlister resident of Thermopolis, Wyoming passed away at Evanston Regional Hospital August 29, 2019. She was 67. She was born to Ross and Pearl (Winder) Kelsey in Minersville Utah. Helen married Hubert Eugene McAlister May 26, 1978 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She loved crocheting and collecting dolls which she gave away to anyone who wanted one. She loved trekking around on the Polaris Ranger with her beloved husband. She contributed to the community by serving as Secretary for the Mountain View Fire Department for six years. She is survived by her husband Hubert McAlister, children Camie Hadden (Kelly Smith) Caldwell, ID, Joshua McAlister (Jessie) of Mount Pleasant, UT, Meggan White (Jason) St. George, UT, daughter-in-law Misty McAlister, a sister Louise Midkiff and nine grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Phillip McAlister, her father Ross Kelsey, her mother Pearl Kelsey and her brothers Frank and Richard Kelsey. A visitation in Helen’s honor will be on Tuesday, September, 3, 2019 held at Urie LDS Stake Center in Urie Wyoming from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM also held at the Urie LDS Stake Center. Interment will be in Monument Hills Cemetery in Thermopolis, WY on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
