Garry’s Obituary Garry Daniels, Sr. Services for Garry Don Daniels, Sr., 65, of Lavon, TX, formerly of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor F. D. Cochran will officiate. Mr. Daniels passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at his home. He was born August 20, 1953 at Stonewall to Oshiel Daniels, Sr. and Doris Jean Fair Daniels Hightower. He graduated from Lawton High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Central University. Mr. Daniels was formerly the librarian at East Central University in Ada and the University of Houston. He served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Vivian; his ex-wife, Ethel Daniels, Ada; his children, Traci Quarterman and husband Robert of Ada, Garry Daniels, Jr., of Ada, Nichelle Daniels and fiancé, John Guidry of Ada, Brittany Daniels of Seagoville, TX and Zane Daniels of Texas; 12 his grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four sisters, Betty Daniels, Oklahoma City, Gail Clark, Ada, Doris Daniels, Ada and Angela Wright and husband Earnest, Ada; four brothers, Terry Daniels, Ada, Larry Daniels, Tulsa, Drake Daniels, Ada and Oshiel Daniels and wife Patty, Ada; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two nieces, Christina Daniels and Casey Pennington; and two brothers, Oshiel Daniels, Jr. and Robert Daniels. Read More
